Along with doing Home Inspections, I also do WARRANTY INSPECTIONS. This inspection takes between 2-3 hours and should be done 2-3 months before your warranty expires. You will get a Summary page that you can submit to get these repairs done prior to your warranty expiration. This is a “top to bottom” inspection that covers the following areas:

I will also inspect for nail pops in the wall/ceiling, cracks from settling and any of those annoying squeaks in the floors.
These are all non-invasive visual examinations and all areas of the home must be accessable. I will also photograph any major concerns found so that you have a visual aid to use for repair purposes.

I have worked for home builders such as: Paulson Construction, Preferred Quality Construction, Town and Country, Cambridge Homes and Kimball Hill Homes to name a few.
